Return and refund policy

1. Return Eligibility Criteria
A product is eligible for return if:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

The product is returned for a valid reason (wrong item, damaged item, manufacturing defect, or size issue where applicable)
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.
2. Return Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process and Timing
Once your return request is approved:

The product must be shipped back as per our instructions

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be initiated

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection

The amount will be credited to the original payment method

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account
4. Exchange Options

Exchanges are available for eligible products (subject to stock availability)

If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear images or a video of the damaged product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in rejection of the request.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products (if applicable)

Gift cards or digital products

Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear
7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost

For returns due to personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
8. Cancellation Policy
