Return and refund policy

At KARMABUYERS customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make the return and refund process simple, transparent, and fair.


1. Return Eligibility Criteria

A product is eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

  • The product is returned for a valid reason (wrong item, damaged item, manufacturing defect, or size issue where applicable)

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be approved.


2. Return Timeframe

  • Customers must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, please email us at akbadhann11@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or video (mandatory for damaged or defective items)


3. Refund Process and Timing

Once your return request is approved:

  • The product must be shipped back as per our instructions

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be initiated

Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account


4. Exchange Options

  • Exchanges are available for eligible products (subject to stock availability)

  • If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is received and verified

  • If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead


5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear images or a video of the damaged product and packaging

  • Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Failure to report damage within 48 hours may result in rejection of the request.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

  • Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products (if applicable)

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • For returns due to personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted
